BharatBot provides a software tool that allows users to automate a grid trading strategy for Indian equities through their personal Upstox brokerage account via the Upstox API. We are a technology provider, not a financial services company, brokerage, or financial advisor.
3. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for all trading decisions, including the configuration of the bot (e.g., stock selection, investment amount, grid parameters).
- You must maintain the security of your Upstox account and the API keys you generate.
- You acknowledge and agree that all trades are executed in your own Upstox account and are subject to Upstox's terms, conditions, and fee schedule.
4. No Financial Advice
The Service is not intended to provide financial, investment, or trading advice. Any information, examples, or calculations provided on our website are for illustrative and educational purposes only. You should consult with a qualified financial professional before making any investment decisions.
5. Subscription and Fees
Access to the Service is provided on a subscription basis. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis (e.g., monthly). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it.

In no event shall BharatBot, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
- Any content obtained from the Service; and
- Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
